Manju K S- is a self-made leader who started his journey as a high school student selling tea to support his family. Raised in a small village near Mysuru, Manju is driven by a deep-seated commitment to sustainable agriculture, pursued opportunities to learn and gain experience in seed production with Sahaja nearly from the past decade. Starting as a farmhand, he gradually honed his skills in crop cultivation, seed harvesting, and quality control. Through hard work and perseverance, Manju rose through the ranks to become a Seed Production Manager at Desi Seeds Producers Co. Ltd.

In addition to his role, Manju is excellent and experienced in planning, coordinating, and executing several fairs/melas and workshops. Capable of managing logistics, securing venues, coordinating vendors, and marketing events to ensure successful participation and attendance.
