Ananda Theertha Pyati- commonly called as Pyati, is a person with courageous career redirection and a deep commitment to sustainable agriculture. Transitioning from a successful career in journalism, a senior editor at Prajavani, a leading Kannada-language broadsheet daily newspaper published in Karnataka, India, Pyati being volunteering with Sahaja Samrudha ventured into organic fruit farming in dry land areas, driven by a passion for environmental sustainability and a thirst for knowledge as a passionate traveller exploring sustainable agricultural practices, seed conservation, and supporting farming communities. Pyati’s passion for environmental stewardship and social responsibility led him to pursue the role of Director at Sahaja Samrudha organics producers co. ltd.,

With a combination of hands-on experience and recognizing the challenges posed by arid conditions, he applied innovative water management techniques, agroforestry principles, and organic farming practices to cultivate a diverse range of fruits sustainably. Driven by his passion for writing as a freelance writer, he has leveraged his experiences and expertise to write and publish numerous articles and publications on topics ranging from agriculture and environmental conservation to travel and lifestyle.
