- Training Programs for Women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs): Shridevi has successfully conducted training programs aimed at mobilizing women SHGs, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their effectiveness and self-sufficiency.
- Community Seed and Tool Banks: She has actively monitored the operations of community seed and tool banks, ensuring that these essential resources are well-maintained and accessible to local farmers.
- Agroecological Farming Promotion: Shridevi has been a strong advocate for agroecological farming practices, promoting sustainable agriculture that benefits both the environment and the community.
- Workshops on Seed Systems and Crop Diversity: She has organized workshops focused on traditional seed systems and the planning of Crop Diversity Blocks (CDB), which are crucial for maintaining agricultural biodiversity and resilience.
